Padovana Group acquires the activities of Legatoria Verrati to strengthen its position

 

With the acquisition of Legatoria Verrati's activities, Gruppo Padovana consolidates its reference position in the bookbinding sector, strengthening its capacity especially in small and medium runs and in hardbacks.​​​​​.​​​​​

Padovana Group celebrates its 40 years of activity this year and closed 2022 with strongly growing revenues of €8.7 million (+20.8%) and an EBITDA of 6.1%; the 2023 half-yearly report is in line with the budget at 9.5% EBITDA. 

Gianfranco De Checchi, President of Gruppo Padovana, comments on the closing:
